Request a Return/Exchange

First things first

First of all, we'd like to inform you that all our t-shirts are 100% Cotton, Bio-washed, and are made of heavy 180 GSM material as opposed to 160 GSM which sold by many other stores online. Our prints are also very durable and will last the life of the t-shirts. 

To avoid any size discrepancies, always check the size chart before buying as we Print on demand.

We have a very low return rate of 2%. So for every 100 t-shirts sold, 2 customers return for exchange with different size. In most cases it's because they didn't look at the size chart. So please check the chart if you are not sure.

At Tee-Rex, every product is made specially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Personal dislike after delivery

Since our products are made-to-order, we are unable to resell returned items.

Exchanges (Accepted)

We offer free replacement or exchange only in the following cases:

✔ Received a damaged product
✔ Received a misprinted product
✔ Received a wrong item (design, size, or color different from order)

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at support@tee-rex.shop

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • Exchange requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
